Card Anatomy
A card's opacity comes from its core. Blue core blocks about 95% of light; black core blocks 98% — the standard for casino and premium decks where see-through would ruin the game. The outer face papers carry your CMYK artwork, sealed by a coating or lamination for durability and shuffle feel.

We print cards on our own Heidelberg and Komori offset presses — not brokered to a third party. That is how we hold color stable across large runs and hit the per-deck price breaks that card projects depend on.
