Catalogs We Print for Sales and Trade Shows
From wholesale line sheets to industrial spec books, we run the bindings, page counts, and cover finishes your project actually needs — on offset presses built for large, repeatable runs.

Wholesale Line Sheet
Glossy coated pages with crisp product photography, saddle-stitched for fast, affordable reprints each season.

Brand Lookbook
Premium perfect-bound catalog with soft-touch cover and spot UV to elevate perceived value at retail meetings.

Industrial Spec Catalog
Durable matte uncoated pages, lay-flat spiral binding for technicians who flip back and forth all day.

Premium Hardcover Catalog
Case-bound reference catalog with cloth-wrapped cover and debossed logo for high-end product collections.
Binding Matched to Your Page Count
The right binding depends on how many pages you have and how the catalog gets used. Here is how each option performs on a product catalog.
| Binding | Best Page Count | Why It Works for Catalogs | Typical Use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Saddle Stitch | 8–64 pp | Lowest cost, fast turnaround, lays fairly flat. Ideal for seasonal line sheets that reprint often. | Wholesale, trade-show handouts |
| Perfect Bound (PUR) | 28–300 pp | Square spine prints your brand title; PUR glue holds up to heavy repeated use. The catalog default. | Brand lookbooks, annual catalogs |
| Spiral / Wire-O | 16–200 pp | Lays completely flat and wraps back on itself — essential for spec books used at a workstation. | Industrial, parts, technical catalogs |
| Hardcover (Case Bound) | 40+ pp | Maximum perceived value for premium product collections and commemorative brand catalogs. | Luxury, gift, archival catalogs |

Paper Stocks for Clear Product Images
A catalog lives or dies on image clarity. These are the stocks we run for catalog pages and covers.

Glossy Coated
Maximizes color pop and image sharpness. The standard for product catalogs with heavy photography.

Matte Coated
Professional, low-glare finish that reads well under trade-show lighting and resists fingerprints.

Uncoated
Natural feel for spec books and industrial catalogs where written notes and durability matter.

Recycled / FSC
FSC-certified and recycled options for brands that print a sustainability claim on the catalog itself.
Standard and Custom Catalog Sizes
Standard sizes cost less because they fit the press sheet efficiently. Custom sizes are fully supported — the most cost-effective custom sizes still respect the press-sheet footprint.

Standard, most space

5.5×8.5"
Compact, portable

6×9"

Quantity Tiers That Move Your Per-Unit Cost
Offset printing has a setup cost that gets cheaper per copy as quantity rises. Below a certain volume, digital costs less; above it, offset wins clearly. Here is how the crossover behaves for a typical catalog.
| Quantity | Best Process | Per-Unit Trend | When to Choose |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50–300 | Digital | Higher per unit, no plates | Test runs, small launches, samples |
| 500–1,000 | Offset crossover | Per unit drops sharply | Sweet spot — first real offset savings |
| 2,000–5,000 | Offset | Strong per-unit value | Seasonal catalogs, regional rollouts |
| 10,000+ | Offset | Lowest per-unit cost | National distribution, annual catalogs |
Pagination and Imposition Drive Offset Cost
Page count and trim size are the biggest hidden cost levers in offset. A few design choices can cut your catalog cost without touching quality.
One 16-page signature = one press sheet
- Design in 4-page multiples. Offset prints in signatures (folds of 4, 8, or 16 pages). A 30-page catalog wastes paper; 32 pages uses the sheet fully.
- Match trim size to the press sheet. Standard sizes like 8.5×11 fit efficiently. Odd custom sizes can leave half the sheet as waste.
- Use work-and-turn imposition. Running multiple copies per sheet spreads the plate cost across more units.
- Plan reprints up front. Re-running plates on a small top-up costs nearly the same as the first run — batch when you can.
Cover Finishes That Raise Perceived Value
The cover is the first thing a buyer sees. These finishes turn a plain catalog into a sales tool that feels premium in the hand.

Spot UV
Glossy coating applied to chosen areas — logos, product names — so they catch the light against a matte cover.

Foil Stamping
Metallic gold or silver foil for brand marks and premium product lines. Signals high-end at first glance.

Soft-Touch Lamination
Velvet-feel film over the whole cover. Makes a catalog feel like a luxury brand book, not a flyer.

Emboss / Deboss
Raised or pressed logos that add a tactile, memorable detail buyers feel as they flip open the cover.
Color Consistency From Proof to Bulk Run
Product images have to look the same on copy 1 and copy 20,000. Our proofing and color-control workflow is built to keep your brand colors stable across the whole run — and across reprints.
Digital Proof
Free digital proof first, so you catch layout and image issues before any press time.
Contract Proof
A physical color-calibrated hard proof you sign off on — the reference the bulk run is matched to.
Press Match
Heidelberg/Komori presses run to the approved proof, with inline color checks through the run.
Bulk Consistency
The catalog in your buyer's hand matches the sample you approved — and matches a reprint months later.

A Factory That Owns Its Offset Line

We print your catalogs on our own Heidelberg and Komori offset presses — not brokered to a third party. That is how we hold color stable across a 20,000-copy run and hit the per-unit price breaks that large catalog runs depend on.
A senior project manager runs your job end to end — proofing, QC, bilingual communication, and delivery — so one person owns your deadline. Our printing expert oversees the color and binding decisions that make or break a catalog.
